You’ll learn traditional techniques to hand–forge your very own set of cutlery. \nOnce your masterpiece is complete, we’ll head over to The Cook’s Place, where local legend Gilly Robinson will take the reins. Gilly, the owner and manager of this celebrated cookery school, will share some of her classic cooking secrets. You’ll put your new skills to the test and prepare a delicious dinner. \nThe evening culminates with a feast where you’ll use the very cutlery you forged to enjoy the meal you prepared, all while savouring a glass of fizz.
