SUPPER CLUB SPECIAL: LEE PATRICK, NORDICA

North Yorkshire boasts some of the finest chefs in the county. Supper club at the Cooks Place is private dining at its best. The chefs we invite use local produce to create some of their most mouth-watering signature dishes, which you can watch them create from the comfort of our Chefs Table whilst sipping a glass of something lovely!

For one exclusive date this February, we welcome Lee Patrick of Nordica, a Yorkshire based home bakery, specialising in pop ups and supper clubs, taking inspiration from British, Nordic & Italian cuisine.

Yorkshire based Lee Partrick ignited his passion for baking in his early childhood. Eager to finish school, Lee attended catering college before working at the Rythre Arms Steakhouse, Harvey Nichols,  the Ye Old Sun Inn at Colton, and with Lee’s wealth of industry experience he now specialises in new product development. He has also historically owned his own restaurant, Abbey House, where he was awarded an AA Rosette.

Fast forward to 2025 and Lee’s busy life sees him running his newly rebranded micro bakery and pop up company, Nordica, as well as working on a Neopolitan pizza trailer, Pinfold Pizzas, a mobile business providing pizza at pop up events and weddings.
We are delighted to welcome Lee to the Cooks Place, where he will share his stories and cook a three course meal, served on the Chef’s Table. Lee’s menu will be:
