Fur Full Day (the last one!) (02 Dec 2023)

The Fur cooking day we will make dishes which take around thirty minutes to prepare and cook as well as some ‘meatier’ recipes spanning the course of the lesson.

You will cook 5 dishes which will give you new ideas and recipes for cooking at home, together with tips for presentation, preparation and storage. Our head tutor will also provide a fun demonstration of core techniques to get the most of your meat.

The dishes themselves will depend on what’s seasonally available

The course involves a mixture of demonstration and hands on cookery and is led by our experienced chef tutor who can answer all of your cooking questions.

You will learn knife skills and techniques which will save time and improve your kitchen skills and cook a variety of delicious dishes. Dishes and ingredients will vary depending on what is in season.

You will receive a recipe file at the end of the day so that you can recreate the dishes at home for friends or family.

Going forwards, our Fur Full day will be replaced by our Meat Masterclass. Keep an eye out for dates coming soon!
