Thank you for a very informative and entertaining morning.  The whole experience was a delight and we all came way with new ideas and ways to boost our time and confidence in the kitchens.  Gilly is very informative and a good communicator, very professional and experienced.  An excellent chef.

Really excellent 3-hour “Feather” course.  Lively, informative and extremely practical.  Very relaxed but efficient delivery and atmosphere from start to finish.  Thoroughly recommended!
